How do I register for a class?

A.

To register for one of our Software or Business Classes: View our Class Calendar, select the class you are interested in, and then click the Register button. Fill out the Registration form with your contact information and our Director, Rachel Stone, will contact you to complete the payment process.

What if the class I want isn’t currently scheduled?

Our training schedule is flexible. Please contact us at 804-288-8331 and we will work to schedule the training you need to match your availability.

How do I cancel my class registration?

A.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my class registration?

A.

You receive a refund if you cancel by 5 PM (3) business days prior to your scheduled class date. If you cancel within (3) business days of your class date, you can reschedule your class without penalty, but you are not eligible for a refund.

How many CPE credits do I receive for attending a class?

A.

You receive one CPE credit for every 50-minutes of training.

Can I contact the instructor after the class with questions?

A.

Yes. During class an instructor will share their contact information with students. You can also contact our Director of Operations Rachel Stone at 804-288-8331 or email with questions.

How do I take a certification exam after the class?

A.

There are several Microsoft certification centers in Richmond.

What if I’m not sure which level class I should take?

A.

Contact us for online skill testing to help assess your current skill level. There is no charge for tests for class placement, and the detailed score report will help us place you in the right level class.

Should I bring anything to class?

A.

We have a fully equipped training center with one computer student (no sharing) so you do not need to bring your laptop/tablet (except for classes marked BYOT – bring your own tablet). If it is your preference to work from your own device please contact us 2 business days prior to your scheduled class date so we can make arrangements. We also provide training materials, pens, highlighters, and note pads in the classroom, and we also provide coffee, bottled water, and snacks (food and beverages are allowed in the classroom).
